Manage your menus in one place. TV menus, print menus, website menus, and QR code menus are all powered by your point of sale and updated from it. Build custom menus that match your brand and highlight your products.
How does the integration work?
When you connect your Clover account, Live Tap Lists pulls the item information from your item catalog. Each time you update an item in Clover, it is updated in Live Tap Lists automatically. You may wait about 5 seconds for the information to travel from Clover to Live Tap Lists, but it is practically instant. There is no polling or manual refreshing needed.

Setup
- Connect your Live Tap Lists account to your Clover account from the Integrations page.
- Live Tap Lists pulls your Clover item catalog. Choose which Clover fields sync for each item.
- Add any extra details to new items, then set them to active so they appear on your menus.
How POS syncing works
These behaviors are the same for every Live Tap Lists POS integration.
- Per-field control. For each item you choose which fields sync from your POS. Overriding a field in Live Tap Lists stops that field from syncing.
- New items arrive inactive. New POS items come in as inactive, so nothing appears on a menu by accident.
- Disconnecting keeps your menu. All menu items stay in Live Tap Lists. Reconnecting pulls the full catalog again.
- Need another POS? Request your POS.
Clover integration FAQ
What does the Clover integration do?
It synchronizes your Clover item catalog with Live Tap Lists, so your digital menu boards, print menus, website menus, and QR menus are built from your POS data.
Which fields sync from Clover?
Live Tap Lists pulls these fields from Clover: Item name, availability, category, variants, prices, locations.
How long does it take for a Clover change to show up?
About 5 seconds. Clover pushes changes to Live Tap Lists, so there is no polling or manual refresh.
Does the integration support multiple locations?
Live Tap Lists integrates with a single Clover location per subscription.
What if I have values in Clover that I do not want on my menus?
You can choose which fields sync from Clover for each item. For example, if a name in Clover is not customer-friendly, you can override it in Live Tap Lists and it will no longer pull from Clover.
How do I add a new menu item after I connect?
New items are pulled in automatically when they are created. They arrive as inactive so nothing appears on a menu by accident. Add any extra information in Live Tap Lists, then set the item to active to show it on your menus.
How do I stop getting updates from Clover but keep my menu items?
Disconnect from Clover on the Integrations page. Your menu items stay in your Live Tap Lists account and you can keep using them freely.
What do I do if I do not see my updates?
First verify that the item and variant you are updating are available at the location you connected. Live Tap Lists integrates with a single location per subscription, so an item that is not available at that location will not send updates. Next, disconnect and reconnect from Clover on the Integrations page. Disconnecting does not remove items, so your menus keep working with no interruption. Reconnecting pulls the entire catalog from Clover again. If problems persist, email grant@livetaplists.com.
Does Live Tap Lists integrate with other point of sale systems?
Yes. Live Tap Lists also integrates with Square, Toast, Genius, and GoTab, and is actively building more. You can request your POS at /pos-interest.
